PRODUCT INFO

Ingredients:
Unbleached flour, filtered water, natural sourdough starter, sea salt. Includes additional ingredients based on type of bread ordered.

Fermentation:
Naturally fermented for 24–48 hours to develop flavor and improve digestibility.

Weight:
Approx. 1.5–2 lbs per loaf (varies slightly due to hand-shaping).

Storage:
Best enjoyed within 2–3 days. Store at room temperature in a paper bag or wrapped in a clean kitchen towel. For longer storage, slice and freeze.
