Cancellation Policy

45 total Max guest including kids. Party time 3 Hours total (additional hours can be purchased only at time of booking for $100.00 per hour). Designated Signs for Parking for all guest (Silo Area) must be followed. All Parties must be booked 3 weeks in advance (No Exceptions) ½ Deposit of your party event when booking. Remainder paid in full 1 week before scheduled party. RAIN OUTS only if raining at time of party will be refunded in full. Any party decorations, food, drinks, etc. furnished by the party booker. MERCY Farm reserves the right to ask for removal of any individual of Bad Conduct such as excessive foul language , drunkenness, drugs , fighting etc. this conduct will NOT be accepted.
